Return & 100% Refund is gauranteed if diamond proven not at the same condition as when certified by GIA during examination. For other reasons of return, deposits will be reserved as credits for future orders only. No return or refund after diamonds are checked and received by customer.

No shipping for GIA certified diamond. Customers will be contacted after payment is received. Meeting in our office will be arranged for checking of diamond. Further arrangement on jewelry produciton will be discussed if needed.

所有 GIA 驗證鑽石都不會以寄運方式送出，客戶在付款後將會收到本店通知，預約到辦公室檢驗取貨。按客戶需要，製作珠寶方面的要求會於會面中討論。
